  Sorry, I should have said I'm there Monday Thru Friday 12 to 4. On Saturdays I travel to PA for my Sword and Jo class.

  Either or is fine. The first class is always free. It is a killer workout. I don't teach it , but I do take it! Anyways, I'm usually there from 12 (noon) to 4 everyday. BTW love the flower photos, are they yours?
