Venessa, I like a lot of the stuff you have to say. I don't have much time between work and an almost-three-year-old, but I do want to do something for the town. We live pretty close to each other, maybe we could meet some time?
Hi Venessa--looks like we're going to have rival clean-up gangs! Watch out. Seriously though, one of my intentions was to keep the clean-ups somewhat casual, and brief (1 1/2- 2 hours or so max) so people will have the rest of their day open, and to encourage people to participate on a regular basis. In other words, keep it fun . In theory, we all should do a little on our own on a daily basis (which I try to do.) That being said, I'm open to your suggestions, but would be unable to participate on a week-day. Regards, Rich O'Neill
Ah...my old Alma Mater...I got my BFA in Fashion Design at Parsons. Long long time ago.
Welcome, and thanks for the insight on so many subjects.
Check out my post on Beacon Artisan's market on Yarn Bombing. Maybe we can dress up that dummy light.
