Yes, thanks.  Hudson Valley Weather is a great source on FB, BTW.  He says just Monday and Tuesday==but better safe than sorry.

Coverings do not need to be elaborate.  Old planting pots, plastic bags, even paper bags if you are desperate. Cover while the sun is still out so the heat is preserved (solar energy at its most primitive state).  Some garden plants can tolerate more cold than others... Peppers and tomatoes will want protection, kale, swiss chard, beets, peas and radishes should be fine.
