Volunteers Needed for CCC at Beacon Barks

Your Community Cat Coalition will be participating at this year's Beacon Barks. The event is fast approaching, and folk are still needed to table sit and march in the parade. Please get in touch if you are interested and available to participate in either capacity. This is a fun and easy way to show your support for the important work we are doing in the community to humanely resolve Beacon's stray and feral cat overpopulation crisis. And your
help is greatly appreciated.

Table Sitters (4 people needed)
You simply need to be a pleasant presence to greet and distribute informational handouts to folk who may come by the table. Shift options are 11AM to 1PM or 1PM to 3PM at the DMV parking lot.

Parade Marchers
Looking for (many) enthusiastic folk young and old and either human or canine in species to participate. Group will be lead by a banner and a mascot you won't want to (and can't) miss. Line up starts at 10:30 AM at Peace Park for the 11AM march. Did I mention children and dogs are strongly encouraged?

Kind thanks for the time and consideration. Remember, there is no us without YOU.

I think the question about a tag sale on the 8th is regarding Mid-Hudson Animal Aid's sale in Memorial Park on that date. If anyone has items they'd like ot donate, we'll be happy to accept them! Just bring them to the covered pavillion. I think the sale starts at nine.
