Police need help identifying body, could be Hurricane Sandy victim

He seems to have washed up from the Hudson with high water mark debris, just South of Beacon. Identifying marks and possessions in news article:

Reiber described him as under 40 years old and 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing less than 200 pounds, with brown hair and eyes.

The body has the Roman numeral VII tattooed on his right forearm, and his right, lower wisdom tooth is missing, she said.

The unidentified man was wearing a three-bead bracelet on each wrist and a bead necklace with a crucifix that looks like rosary beads.

He was dressed in an olive-green sweatshirt, a T-shirt with a guitar design on the front and black, military-style Eastland boots, Reiber said.

A black duffel bag with the logo of Wiltwyck Golf Club in Kingston was found with the body. In the bag were black, extra-large sweatpants with two white stripes on each side; a black, 5L Mecca USA hooded sweatshirt; a CD player; a Nirvana album; four mix CDs of club music; and a half-full bottle of Popov vodka, the medical examiner said.
