The situation on Fishkill Ave is (seemingly) unfortunate, but the timing may be good for some folks, at least. The 2nd floor of the BEAHIVE building recently became available, so we're considering ways to take it over and accommodate some of those being "displaced."

The floor includes 4 rooms totaling 1500 sq ft: kitchen, bathroom with shower, large back room with work sink to be divided into studios, middle room that would be a meeting room/dining room/lounge. (See pre-renovation pics below.)

Contact Scott Tillitt ASAP if interested: scott@beahivebzzz.com / 917-449-6356. We need to know there's enough interest and what the needs are.

If you're not familiar with all that BEAHIVE is about, know that it is much more than a physical space. Community, which formed in an organic, fundamental way at Beacon Studios, is a big part of that.

Below is a taste of what else. Check the website for more: http://beahivebzzz.com.
