Then NYC's Indie rock folk singer phenom Andrew Vladeck, who, like Pete Seeger, plays the longneck banjo, who, unlike Pete Seeger, has been known to play it through a Marshall stack (solo, no less). Then, of course, if you come see Austin's Matt The Electrician, a.) you will not stop grinning, and b.) you will be humming his songs for the next year, and probably buying his CDs for everyone for the holidays. Oh yeah, and he plays—among other things—the banjolele.

Local 845 is proud to be presenting live music at the Piggy Bank Restaurant every Friday night. Piggy Bank Fridays features a variety of artists and bands from throughout the Hudson Valley who will command your attention because they're good, but who also don't turn it up to eleven. Music is 9 to midnight, and the kitchen is open late late late.
