Big 6-Alarm Fire in Cornwall Destroying Many Small Businesses

A massive fire is still burning in Cornwall, across the river from Dennings Point. Unable to extinguish the blaze, firefighters are changing shifts as the night goes on. The fire is in an old mill that was converted into an industrial park. As many as two dozen small businesses are located there. Full coverage is at the Recordonline.

While some of these businesses work out insurance claims, etc. maybe unused spaces at Bulldog and other spots around town could be offered at temporarily reduced rates.

I don't know. I did hear there was a fire last week just off the second exit over the bridge, in the plaza on 32 with the camera store.

Did they have a smaller fire there this past year?  I saw smoke from that general area when I was running at Denning's Point several months ago.
