Earlier today, my dog had his face ripped open by a baited animal trap in the Madame Brett Park area, near the abandoned Beacon Terminal building. (Yes, it was a pretty horrible experience.)
The BPD has been informed and, fortunately, has an idea which local resident may have set these traps.
These are not the humane cage traps, but the spring-loaded steel jaws that snap onto an animal's leg or face, causing extreme pain and a slow, painful death.

Hi Everyone, Gary and his helpers have begun to remove and do the repairs to the roof of The Sargent and Downing Gardens and Nursery Children's Educational Center.If anyone could lend a hand tomorrow Gary could really use the help and support.
