Howland Public Library Is Open

The Howland Public Library, 313 Main Street, is open after being closed for renovations. Our project reconfigured library service areas, creating a dedicated children's room and new program/craft room; a computer center with new computers and improved wireless access; a small community meeting room; and a pleasant reading area. I originally commented on someone else's post regarding the Piggy Bank but i now feel compelled to post this on it's own. I too have had a very disturbing experience while dining at the Piggy Bank.
