I am the Beacon City Council Representative from Ward 4. Professionally, I serve as the Neil C. Trager of the Samuel Dorsky Museum of Art at SUNY New Paltz. I am also one of the Founding Members of the Beacon of Hope Community Fund, which is being developed to increase charitable giving and support for non-profit organizations in Beacon, and a board member of the Mt. What's your favorite thing about Beacon?
I do not have one favorite thing about Beacon, but many. In fact, that's my favorite thing about Beacon--there are many things to love and enjoy, from its wonderful residents, to its beauty and cultural and historic offerings. And I'm very proud to be a part of helping to make Beacon better place to live and work.

Sara - Thank you so much for the reference!! I am working at the Library now and I'm so excited. I hope you received your invitation to the Helen Savoit Library Event (April 13th). I see that you came to this event last year. This year we are honoring Rick Price who did the murals for both the library and in several other very visual locations around Beacon really wonderful. Hope you can come - I think it is so important to support the library (especially now that I work there!) Duane won't come to these "fancy" events - I'll need someone to sit with!! call me 831-1134 x116
