Ergonomics Help

Hello - I don't even know what I am looking for, but the ergonomics of my office in beacon are killing me, and I don't know how to adjust them to get them right. Is there someone (a physical therapist?) who can come to my office and help me set things up right? I'm happy to pay for this service. Thanks!See More

Share your favorite poem

Traditionally, the Jewish Sabbath (Shabbat) is welcomed with poems and songs around the Friday night diner table. I'm hoping to tap into the creative energy of the whole Beacon community to open this practice up a little bit, so I’m asking people to share some of their favorite poems. One poem will be posted on Fridays at www.emekproject.org, and hopefully the poems will add a little beauty to your Shabbat, however you celebrate it. We can all use a…

Dear Brent,
I just read CV's comment, and I find it ridiculous. "Charlene Vesuvius" is a pseudonym; this person is a serial nay-sayer and troll. You will find her/his negative comments throughout this board. By his/her own admission, he/she does not even live in Beacon, but weekends here (why, I don't know, since he/she seems to find so much to loath). Her comments frightened us before we moved here last fall, but it all proved to be bullshit. I'm not sure what her/his game is, but everyone I know who reads this forum is disgusted with her/him.
Please don't let this get to you. We are deliriously happy living here, beyond expectations.
