Fencing? I would suggest KSQ landscaping. They will be putting in a piece of fence the previous owner never finished. They are reasonable. Or you could try my handyman, Wayne Theiss. He's really great and prices are wonderful.

If you are looking for a great, full service, dressage barn that's no too far away I recommend Frog Hollow Farm in West Park, NY. Nancy Rosen, owner, and head trainer offers lessons beginner thru Grand Prix.Check out her web site at

I use Old Time Auto on Verplanck. Very reasonable and quite good.

Dear Lisa - Gwen at Sign of the Times - between the Barkery and Comptech on Main Street -is the best hairdresser I have ever used.  I am sure she will have no difficulty with your hair, I have seen her do wonderful cuts and styles for people with all different hair types. Also reasonably priced.

Now that the snow is finally gone, I need some advice. This winter has been very hard on my yard and I have a lot of cleaning up to do. Can anyone offer advice as to the best service to use to compost and mulch my flower beds. All total I have about 1000 square feet. I used to do it myself but I hurt my back last fall and I think I will have to use help this year. I also have about 75 square feet of ASPHALT in my back yard that I would like to remove, discard in an environmentally friendly way and replace with sod. I have no idea who I should call to get that done. Any ideas?.
