Employment Lawyer

Does anyone know a good employment lawyer?  I have to take legal actions to collect my pay from my former employer.  I have not worked for him for 2 months and he is refusing to pay me what is owed.

you may be able to submit a form via NYS dept of labor but there is max weekly $ amount which may be lower than your weekly wage.

I just sent in all my forms to the State. Thanks for the advice. HE is not an ethical person yet people are blind to it...at least some people.
