Hi everyone,

Thanks to all those who turned out last night. It was a really great start for the new classes in Beacon.

The main topic we covered was how to develop inner peace. 

How can we become a 'peacekeeper' by keeping inner peace within our good heart? 

Our good heart always brings good results and so if we have inner peace in our heart then we will be able to share that in our homes, work places and the world. Our happiness depends on our inner peace.

How can we practice this throughout the week?

By remember the experience we had in meditation, the feeling of inner peace and happiness we generated, we can bring it into our daily life using that feeling in everything we say, do and think about.

Try to find creative ways to incorporate inner peace into your daily life, remembering that our inner peace is our happiness and also our refuge.
