Anyone have any suggestions for making hard cider? Figuring this is the time of year to lay a batch in, wanted to get local from a cider mill, needed to be sure the stuff is preservative free before starting.
Any additional input much appreciated.
I brew currently, and have a spare carboy to play with, since I'm doing no-secondary on everything these days.
Look forward to meeting some/sundry of you all when possible.
