Class Description at The Beacon:
The workshop is an exploration of contemporary movement. The
movement information is an amalgamation of many physical practices
drawing from modern techniques to provide technical information and
movement challenges facilitating the development of strength, flexibility,
versatility and mobility. Beginning with a comprehensive warm-up
suitable for all bodies and levels the class continues with motion diversity:
locomotion, transitions in movement, speed, timing, efficiency and
culminates in a developed movement phrase.
