Event Description

TrueNorth Presents A Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens

Dicken's amazing tale of the transformation of Ebenezer Scrooge is presented once again by the players at TrueNorth Theatre Project. A Christmas Carol will be presented as a radio play complete with sound effects created on stage by the actors. Adapted by founding members Kurt Rhoads and Brad Bellamy, the play runs for 70 minutes and is a treat for all ages. The suggested donation is $7.50,

The performances will be at the Beacon Institute for Rivers and Estuaries on December 11th and 12th at 7:30 PM and at the Butterfield Library in Cold Spring on the 12th at 3:00 PM.

TrueNorth was founded by eight professional actors, writers, and designers who want to bring theatre to "where we live". The co-founders are Brad Bellamy, David Birn, Suzanna Hay, Lynn Hawley, Michael Heintzmn, Kurt Rhoads, Nance Williamson, and Dan Brown.
