Event Description

Too often students (and their parents) wait until the end of their high school careers to begin planning for college, often resulting in unnecessary stress and less than optimum outcomes.

In this free presentation, former college admission director and independent educational consultant Sandra M. Moore, MA will provide participants with a realistic timeline for tackling essential tasks; discuss how developing academic skills and authentic interests over time will help students distinguish themselves from other applicants; and outline strategies for discovering “best-fit” and affordable options where students are likely to thrive.
